You will partner with the senior leadership team to drive efficiency, train and develop leadership staff, and implement scalable systems. The position serves as the right hand to the Managing Director during a growth phase, with hands-on training and clear progression paths. You will have a meaningful impact on the manufacturing function across the site.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Manufacturing, Production and Management teams to improve operational efficiency and processes
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to enhance efficiency across Engineering functions
  • Provide full industry training and enable career progression
  • Train, coach and develop team managers and team leaders in a production environment
  • Plan and optimize scheduling and site-based production teams
  • Establish structure to maintain high standards across production
  • Support budget management and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to process and system improvements across the manufacturing function

  • Previous Production or Manufacturing leadership experience
