You will join an established commercial team, working across multiple live projects and taking full commercial responsibility from procurement through to final accounts. The role offers autonomy, support from senior leadership, and involvement in projects from early stages through delivery.
This role will suit a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness who enjoys negotiating with subcontractors and managing accounts end-to-end. Candidates with slightly less experience but strong fundamentals and the right attitude will also be considered.

- Managing subcontract procurement and placing orders

The Person - Requirements
- Proven Quantity Surveying experience within a main contractor environment
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts (NEC experience beneficial but can be trained)

- Confident subcontractor negotiation and account management skills
- Stable career history with a proactive, can-do approach
