In this senior role, you will lead the Quality Department across two manufacturing plants, driving a true quality-first culture and owning the quality management system. You will steer certification, audits, and continuous improvement to reduce defects and variability in high-integrity casting. You will shape customer quality strategy, manage complaints and corrective actions, and develop a high-performing team. Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality Department across two manufacturing plants and promote a quality-first culture
- Own and improve the Quality Management System, including certification processes and change control
- Lead customer and supplier audits and manage audit planning/preparation
- Drive corrective actions, root-cause analysis and targeted improvements to reduce defects
- Manage customer quality activities including complaints, non-conformances, returns and containment actions
- Oversee data-driven quality improvement and trend analysis to reduce variability in casting quality
Key requirements
- Proven quality leadership experience in foundry/heavy engineering or high-integrity manufacturing
- Strong experience with QMS, audits, compliance and customer quality/corrective actions
- Confident in leading teams and driving improvement using data and quality tools
