Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end electrical systems projects within a specialist manufacturing environment. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams across design, procurement, production and quality to ensure on-time delivery to spec. You will own the programme, budget and risk, reporting to customers and stakeholders. The position offers progression within a growing company and exposure to leadership responsibilities. This is a hands-on project ownership role in a recognised engineering business.

Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end electrical systems projects from design coordination through procurement, manufacture, FAT and close-out
- Own programme, budget/P&L, commercial performance, risk, change control and customer reporting
- Coordinate engineering, production, procurement, quality, suppliers and customers to hit milestones
- Line-manage and develop project support staff
Key requirements
- Proven full lifecycle project delivery experience in electrical/electronic/control-panel/systems-integration projects
- Comfortable managing customers, budgets, schedules, suppliers, technical documentation and change control
