Office based in Southampton. Commutable from Portsmouth, Waterlooville, Winchester, Gosport, Petersfield, Cosham, Romsey, Chichester and surrounding areas.

Due to continued growth, the company are looking for a Design Engineer to add to their excellent working environment. This is a Monday - Friday office-based role.

You will play a key role in the development and design of new & current equipment from construction-based projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with a huge potential to hone your skills to become an industry expert, progress your career professionally and work on cutting edge projects.

The Role:

  • Design Modular building structures for clients (Frames, structures, piping, mechanical systems etc)
  • Create, validate, and document load studies for frameworks
  • Pull & load testing on fixings
  • Help oversee projects from cradle to grave
  • Travel to client's sites for technical site assessments
  • Great in-house and accredited training

The Person:

  • Previous Design Engineering experience
  • Load calculation experience
  • Knowledge of different types of materials & metal properties
  • Live commutable to Southampton
