This company are going from strength to strength and looking for a Design Supervisor in line with expansion. In this role you will be overseeing a highly skilled team of Drafters and Designers, reporting to the Engineering Manager.

The Role :
- Lead and supervise the design team, providing technical guidance and mentoring
- Oversee the development of detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for new products
- Work on process and product improvements
The Person :
- Experience as a Drafter or Designer from a manufacturing or industrial background
- Leadership traits and competency or prior leadership experience
- Experienced with CAD Software such as SolidWorks
