Are you an experienced Hygiene Supervisor or a Hygiene Operative ready to step up into leadership within a stable long-term role in food manufacturing, joining a growing business that offers a four-day working week, flexible hours and long-term prospects in a supportive production environment?

You will play a key role in maintaining excellent hygiene standards across a dedicated food production facility while developing your skills in team leadership and compliance management. The company continues to grow its workforce and operational capability, creating long term stability and a positive environment for progression.

In this role you will lead and develop a hygiene team of around fifteen people, plan and deliver cleaning schedules and manage chemicals, consumables and supplier relationships. You will support audits, oversee allergen controls, maintain hygiene facilities and ensure effective waste and environmental practices across the site.

This role would suit someone with proven food hygiene experience who wants to move into a leadership position within a supportive four-day week environment.

The Role

  • Supervising a team of hygiene operatives
  • Planning cleaning schedules in line with production and audit requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, COSHH and Health and Safety Regulations
  • Four day working week Monday to Thursday, flexible hours, 40 hours/week
