On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering a varied portfolio of public sector projects, where you'll be trusted to take ownership of tenders while being supported with training on take-offs and software such as AutoCAD and Bluebeam. This company work across education, healthcare and social housing projects, covering both refurbishment and new-build works, with projects typically ranging from 20k to 7m. Due to continued strategic growth and expansion into new areas, they are now looking to add to their estimating team. In this role you will manage tender opportunities from invitation through to submission: reviewing portals, attending site visits, sending out enquiries, completing take-offs from drawings, building pricing and documentation, and handing over to the delivery team once secured. This role would suit an Estimator from a main contractor background, looking for a long-term position, stability working on Public Sector projects.
