Are you a heat pump engineer from a plumbing and heating background who is looking to join a growing renewables business, where you will work on high end whole house systems, receive further technical training and have a clear route into supervisory level?
Specialising in providing renewable energy solutions for high end properties across Cambridgeshire and East Anglia, this company are in an exciting period of growth. Part of a larger nationwide group with big growth ambitions, they are now looking to recruit a Service & Maintenance Engineer to join their highly professional team.
In this role the successful candidate will carry out service and maintenance on air and ground source heat pumps, predominantly across high end residential properties. You will also act as a mentor to the company's junior engineers and support the office with technical queries when needed.
This is an ideal role for an experienced heat pump engineer who wants to work to a higher standard on more technical whole house systems, whilst developing towards a supervisory position at a growing company.
The Role:
- Service and maintenance of air and ground source heat pumps
- Mainly high end residential properties
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting the office with technical queries
- Field-based from the Royston office - 2-4 jobs a day, 7am-4:30pm
- Progression to supervisor level, plus ground source and MVHR training
The Person:
- Experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer
- Air source heat pump experience essential
- Strong customer-facing manner - working in high value homes
- Full UK driving licence
- Commutable to Royston
