Are you an experienced category insight or market analysis professional looking to work with some of the UK's largest grocery retailers, where you can influence business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and develop your career within a leading food manufacturing environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and established manufacturer supplying major retail and foodservice customers across the UK.
Working closely with key retailer accounts, you will support the delivery of valuable category and consumer insights that drive commercial success. You will analyse market trends, sales performance, consumer behaviour, pricing, promotions, merchandising, and new product activity to identify opportunities for growth. Working cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and NPD teams, you will play a key role in shaping category strategies and supporting business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a category insight, commercial analysis, or market insight role, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing. Strong analytical skills, experience using Kantar, Nielsen, or retailer EPOS data, and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships will be essential.
