In this role, you will take ownership of commercial delivery across multiple projects, supporting junior team members while leading cost control, take‑offs, contract management, and financial reporting. The Role:
- Managing NEC contracts across highways and civil engineering projects
- Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts

- Negotiating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff

The Person:
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Strong background in civil engineering or groundworks
- Knowledge of NEC contracts
- Competent with Microsoft Office and Excel
