Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Building Surveying team. You'll split your time between the office and site, managing a varied portfolio of domestic insurance claims. The role includes carrying out building inspections, preparing schedules of works, contract administration, overseeing repairs and acting as the key point of contact throughout projects. You'll benefit from excellent support towards further qualifications and long-term career progression within the business. The RoleManage insurance-related building surveying projects from initial inspection through to completion. Undertake subsidence investigations, building inspections and defect diagnosis. Carry out contract administration and oversee repair works on site. The PersonBuilding Surveying experience within insurance, defects or subsidence projects. Strong communication and report writing skills. Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel. Permanent
