This is a fantastic opportunity within a well-established geotechnical services business, with responsibility for the management, performance and development of the Ground Investigation operation across Scotland. The company is a recognised name in Geotechnical services with continued investment, steady growth and a strong project pipeline, delivering a wide range of investigation and ground engineering works.

You will lead the regional team, oversee safe and profitable delivery, manage budgets and forecasts, and work closely with senior leadership to drive performance and growth across the region. This role would suit an experienced Ground Investigation or Geotechnical Manager looking to take full accountability for a regional operation with long term security and influence at senior leadership level.

The Role
  • Full responsibility for the management and performance of the Ground Investigation operation in Scotland
  • Development and execution of regional strategy, budgets and financial forecasts
  • Senior leadership responsibility for regional performance, people and delivery
  • Office hours 08:45 to 17:15 Monday to Friday, with flexibility to attend sites and other offices as required
  • Structured training, mentoring and professional development support

  • Management experience within Ground Investigation or Geotechnical contracting
  • Proven experience managing teams, budgets and regional performance
