As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a Senior / Lead Engineer to help drive engineering standards, reliability, and operational performance across the site.
In this role, you will take responsibility for coordinating maintenance activities, supporting engineers on complex faults, and ensuring preventative maintenance strategies are delivered effectively. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, improving engineering processes, and driving continuous improvement projects across the production environment.
This role would suit an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer looking to step into a Lead Engineer position or an existing Lead Engineer seeking a stable, well-supported environment with long-term progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Preventive and reactive maintenance of the Production site
- Electrical and Mechanical fault finding, servicing, and installation.
- Monday - Friday double days (Mornings -Afternoons) No Nights

- Experience in FMCG, Food, or manufacturing, or a similar background.
- Live commutable to Reading
