This is a great opportunity for a CAD Technician to join a growing surveying business, where you will take ownership of your work, playing a key role in the department. You can quickly progress your role to CAD Manager.

This company is a specialist surveying firm offering services such as utility mapping, topographical, building and laser scanning. They work on a diverse portfolio of project values from small to large scale works with both private and public sector clients. With an impressive pipeline of projects, they are actively seeking a CAD Technician to join their expanding team.

In this role, your time will be primarily office based. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and quality-checking CAD drawings produced by the team, ensuring all work meets a high standard, and providing feedback where necessary.
  • Producing your own detailed drawings of utility data mapping.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a CAD Technician with experience producing surveying data drawings, with any experience on SCC or N4ce being beneficial. You should be self-motivated and able to work independently to a high standard.
