Site based role, commutable from Highbridge, Bridgwater, Bristol, Wells, Weston, Taunton, Glastonbury, and the surrounding areas.

The role involves supervising and leading a team of production workers to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output. Key responsibilities include planning daily production activities, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, maintaining quality control, managing stock and equipment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
