The Role:
- Overseeing the Workshop, Production and Small Service teams, whilst improving operational efficiency
- Working closely with the Managing Director to improve operational efficiency across the Engineering functions
- Full industry training and scope for career progression

- Previous Engineering or Manufacturing leadership experience
