You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, in person and over the phone, helping to deliver a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish. You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team where your input will be valued, and no two days will be the same.

This role would suit someone who is tech-savvy, has strong communication skills, and is looking for a full-time, Monday to Friday position in a stable and growing business.

The Role:

  • Welcome and assist customers, both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Book in service jobs, manage workshop scheduling, and maintain customer records
  • Prepare estimates and invoices, and handle payments
