You will work closely with customers and internal teams while remaining heavily involved in hands-on project delivery.This role would suit a mechanical or manufacturing engineering leader with strong 3D CAD, customer-facing project delivery and manufacturing process knowledge, looking to combine technical ownership with team development.The Role:Lead hands-on engineering projects and NPI programmes from concept through to manufactureAct as technical authority for mechanical design, DFM/DFA, design reviews and technical risk assessmentsLiaise directly with customers and support Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercial teamsLead, coach and develop a team of 4-5 engineers while driving best practice and continuous improvementMonday
