This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards across a modern manufacturing environment. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and production teams, supporting complex engineering projects and driving quality improvement initiatives.

The business has a strong reputation for delivering high-precision components and continues to invest in its manufacturing and inspection capabilities, including advanced CMM technology.

This position would suit a proactive Quality Engineer with a mechanical engineering background, strong inspection knowledge and experience working within a precision manufacturing environment. The Role * Manage customer and supplier quality issues, non-conformances and complaints using 8D and 5 Why methodologies * Conduct system, process and supplier audits while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business * Produce inspection reports, quality documentation, quality control plans and manufacturing instructions from customer requirementsThe Person * Experienced Quality Engineer with at least 5 years' experience within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment * Strong understanding of inspection techniques, engineering drawings and quality reporting, with the ability to train and support others * Mechanical engineering background, with CMM programming, PC-DMIS and ISO 9001 auditing experience advantageousReference Number: BBBH280437To apply for this role or to be considered for further roles, please click "Apply Now" or contact Billy Clark at Rise Technical Recruitment.
