Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of NPI projects
- Plan projects and manage budgets

- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and APQP quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver NPD work
Key requirements
- Formal engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
- Experience in automotive or aerospace manufacturing
- Experience managing multiple complex projects including NPD
- Prince2 or APM or similar project management certification essential
