THE ROLE
- Managing subcontractors, materials, and the programme
- Reading, interpreting, and providing clear communication on site for layouts, material measurements, etc.
- Maintaining accurate site records

THE PERSON
- 3+ years\' experience as a site engineer on residential builds, ideally with some commercial build experience.
- Qualification in Construction, Engineering, Management, or similar.
- Full UK driving license
