You will be responsible for creating demand for heat pump solutions within your assigned territory, managing and growing key accounts, and prospecting new clients. You will maintain a pipeline of projects and ensure accurate forecasting while working closely with the team to deliver ambitious growth targets.

The Person:
- Minimum 2 years' B2B sales experience
- Competent understanding of HVAC systems, preferably heat pumps
- Coachable, motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
- Strong relationship-building skills and good industry contacts
- Full UK Driving Licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and specify heat pump products within your territory
- Manage and develop key accounts, prospect new business
- Maintain project pipelines and forecasts
- Respond promptly to project enquiries with proposals
- Conduct CPD presentations and attend exhibitions as required
- Maintain CRM records
