This role would suit a Commercial Manager with a strong Sales focus looking to join a company with an excellent culture who are playing a huge role in the UK Government's Net Zero 2050 targets.
The Role:
- Lead sales and commercial performance. Set and deliver sales plans, forecasts, budgets and contracts, while keeping the Board and leadership team informed on progress.
- Grow and manage the customer base. Build and manage the sales funnel, onboarding and expansion of clients, key partnerships, outbound and inbound leads, and customer support to drive satisfaction.
- Collaborate and represent the business. Work closely with all teams and promote the brand and values in all activities.
- This is predominantly out on the road, meeting with clients or remote work but there will be an expectation to meet in the Nottingham based office so you must be commutable to the office.
The Person:
- Must have proven Sales experience and a strong Commercial Leader.
- You will ideally have relevant industry experience, this could be any of the following: HGVs, Trucks, Fleet, Logistics - however, other engineering backgrounds will be considered.
- Any knowledge of the Biofuel industry would be a distinct advantage though this is not essential - it helps if you are looking to get into the Renewables sector!
- Looking to join a company with an excellent reputation in the senior management team.
