Are you an Engineering Manager from an FMCG or food manufacturing background looking to join a market-leading organisation where you will lead a skilled engineering function and play a key role in improving site performance? You will take full responsibility for the site engineering function, leading a team of Lead Engineers and Multi-Skilled Engineers. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, asset reliability, engineering KPIs and continuous improvement projects.
The role would suit an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong manufacturing background who has previously led multi-skilled engineering teams and delivered improvements across maintenance, reliability and operational performance.
