Are you a qualified Electrician with strong experience in Electrical Installation? In this role, you will work closely with apprentices completing their Electrical Installation qualifications. In the first year, you'll focus on developing learners' practical skills, helping them gain confidence and competence in the workshop. Over time, you'll progress to delivering the theory‑based elements of the programme, with full training and support provided to help you succeed.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Electrician with solid installation experience. You'll hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) and ideally possess or be willing to work towards your 2391 qualification. Teaching experience is not required – just a passion for your trade and the motivation to pass on your skills.
