In this role, you will collaborate with the network team to manage and maintain hundreds of POP networks with dozens of international service providers. This will involve daily operations, BGP optimisation, POP build out and redesign, and ISP coordination, among other things.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A degree or equivalent in a technical field
- CCNP certification
- Experience in administering large-scale service networks
- Hands-on experience with BGP networks
- Strong knowledge of Internet protocols and Ethernet troubleshooting tools
- Experience in routing and switching
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, VPN, etc.
