Are you a Project Manager who can demonstrate strong experience managing Earthworks, Site Remediation or Soil Stabilisation experience and are looking for a new opportunity? Do you want to work for a contractor who self-delivers their projects, empowers their staff and offers long-term progression?
This established yet growing contractor specialise in delivering civil engineering and demolition projects across the Greater Manchester area. They deliver projects across residential, commercial, civil engineering, and energy sectors, including large-scale earthworks, site remediation, soil stabilisation, and associated civil works. Where projects are valued up to £10 million and are all delivered in-house.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and profitably. This includes managing labour, materials, and subcontractors, monitoring progress against programme, and maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience managing earthworks and remediation-focused projects, ideally within a self-delivering contractor environment, and be confident running site-based operations independently.
This is a business that actively promotes from within, with clear progression opportunities from Project Manager into Contracts Management, framework roles, or senior leadership positions as the company continues to grow.
