  • Plant Manager or senior Operations Manager from a manufacturing background
  • Proven experience managing large teams and full-site performance
  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, KPIs and continuous improvement
  • Plastics, injection moulding, metal processing or high-speed manufacturing experience advantageous
