The Person:
- Plant Manager or senior Operations Manager from a manufacturing background
- Proven experience managing large teams and full-site performance
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, KPIs and continuous improvement
- Plastics, injection moulding, metal processing or high-speed manufacturing experience advantageous
