The business continues to secure major healthcare and education projects nationwide and is seeking a senior mechanical engineer capable of leading technical delivery, mentoring engineers and acting as a trusted technical contact for clients.

This role would suit an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking to step into or continue within a principal level role, taking responsibility for project delivery while supporting and developing junior engineers within the team.

The Role
  • Take responsibility for mechanical building services design delivery, acting as the key technical specialist and client contact across projects
  • Guide and develop engineers while supporting project coordination and commercial delivery across multiple live schemes
  • Support business development and long-term client relationship growth
  • Office based with hybrid working, occasional site visits and mileage reimbursed for business travel
  • 37.5 hours per week with flexitime, overtime, medical insurance, income protection and death in service benefits
The Person
  • Mechanical design experience
  • Healthcare or other regulated sector experience desirable, alongside strong client facing and project coordination skills
  • Leadership capability with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle required
