Rise Technical is seeking a Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement Facilitator for a permanent role in Manchester (East).

The position offers 37 hours per week, with a salary of £35-40K plus benefits and 25 days leave.

You will design and implement a new 5S system, train staff in lean/CI, and lead CI projects across divisions.

The role focuses on embedding lean principles to improve safety, quality and performance within a large manufacturing environment.
