£36,000 - £50,000 plus Overtime plus Benefits

39 hours/week Mon-Fri, 07:00 - 16:00 (Midday Finish on Friday)

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a well-paid days-based, Monday-Friday position with a large manufacturing company? The role would suit someone who prefers to move away from shifts and enjoys the job security of working for a large and profitable manufacturer who are investing heavily into the site. Additional earnings can be achieved via overtime and call outs.

The role is to work as part of a team to diagnose and provide fault finding on electrical machinery in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

The Role:
  • Days based, permanent Electrically biased maintenance role on a large manufacturing facility.
  • Planned maintenance, breakdowns, fault finding and some installation work to plant equipment and machinery.
  • A small amount of mechanical fault finding and working on electronic equipment.
The Person:
  • Electrical Engineering qualification (HND, City & Guilds, HNC, apprentice trained).
  • Working experience in a Maintenance Engineer position including PLC fault finding.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing health and safety standards.
