This company are a global engineering manufacturer supplying specialist products to customers worldwide. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a Semi Skilled Machine Shop Operative to join their Middleton manufacturing facility.
In this role you will carry out:
- Deburring, polishing and finishing of precision engineered components
- Using hand tools and grinding equipment
- Production administration and general housekeeping duties
This role is based on a rotating double days shift pattern with early finishes on Fridays.
The role would suit someone with previous manufacturing or engineering experience working with metal components. Experience in a machine shop environment would be advantageous, and an FLT licence is desirable but not essential.
