This company are a global manufacturer of electrical heating and cooling systems, with over 5 decades of experience and due to continued expansion and investment they are looking to expand their team with skilled service coordinators.
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skillset in a highly autonomous position, where you\βll be responsible for liaising with customers to discuss and resolve issues and requests across the service team working in a close knit team of experts.
This role would suit a Service Coordinator, Planner, Admin or similar looking to work in a highly autonomous role within a globally leading business.
The Role:
*Monday β Friday, 37 Hours
*Hybrid 3 days in office when required
*Liaising with Customers and Clients to resolve service issues, requests and orders over the phone
The Person:
*From a Service Coordination, Planning, Administration or similar background.
*Good Communication Skills
