A leading UK energy and engineering services organisation is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of a portfolio of major energy projects across the South East. The business operates at the forefront of energy efficiency and decarbonisation, supporting public and private sector clients on their transition to lower-carbon, more resilient estates.
In this role, you will take responsibility for a large public sector decarbonisation project's performance, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with senior leadership, commercial, engineering, and safety teams, while also contributing to continuous improvement and future growth initiatives.
