You will take ownership of the estimating function while working closely with the Directors to help secure larger and more complex projects. As Senior Estimator, you will take ownership of pricing opportunities from initial enquiry through to submission, working from drawings and specifications while liaising directly with clients and the wider project team. You will also have the opportunity to become increasingly involved in bid management, client relationships and helping develop the company's approach to winning larger projects. This role would suit an experienced Estimator from a main contractor or specialist subcontractor background, particularly someone with experience across commercial fit-out, refurbishment or cut-and-carve projects.
