In this Lead Exhibition Designer role, you will shape spatial environments across exhibitions, galleries and visitor spaces for a world-renowned organisation undergoing redevelopment. You’ll guide projects from concept through installation, combining creative space planning with precise technical delivery. You will mentor junior designers and uphold studio standards while staying hands-on across multiple projects. Responsibilities
- Lead the spatial design of exhibitions from concept to installation
- Produce and oversee drawings/specifications across projects
- Coordinate consultants and contractors to ensure buildability and delivery on time and on budget
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to CAD, sustainability and studio standards
- Support senior leadership in maintaining high studio standards across multiple projects
Key requirements
- Background in exhibition design / spatial design / experiential design or architecture with relevant project experience
- Ability to manage projects from concept through technical development to delivery/installation
- Strong portfolio of completed, built spatial projects
