Overview
In this days-based role you will deliver planned maintenance and reliability support across a manufacturing plant. You will work within a multi-skilled team to maintain electrical systems and provide mechanical support when needed, helping to shield KPIs from downtime. You will log work accurately, uphold housekeeping and safety standards, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. This position offers clear progression through an engineering grading structure and development through training.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventative maintenance to improve reliability
- Maintain electrical systems with some mechanical support
- Assist shift teams with breakdowns to protect KPIs
- Maintain accurate work records, housekeeping, and safety standards
- Work Monday to Friday days (7:30am–4:00pm)
