In this position, you will be part of a close-knit commercial team, supporting a wide range of activities including cost management, contract administration, feasibility assessments, tender preparation, and client liaison. You will gain exposure to projects from inception through to completion, while continuing to develop your technical and leadership skills as the business grows.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in quantity surveying, sound knowledge of JCT contracts, and the ability to manage clients and project delivery. Support will be provided for those pursuing RICS accreditation.
