As part of these plans, the business is now recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join their highly motivated team.
In this role, your time will be split between the office and site, working closely with clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for measured surveys, contract administration, preparing feasibility studies, and the submission of planning and building control applications. You will be encouraged to expand your knowledge and skillset through self-development, mentorship from senior staff, and a dedicated CPD budget.
The ideal candidate will have a Building Surveying degree as well as some experience within the industry, with an eagerness to develop and progress their career. You will hold a full UK driving license and have your own vehicle.
