In this role, you will be involved in all NPI activities, helping bring products from design/conception into manufacturing, with a focus on continual quality and yield improvements. The role is hands-on, split between the shop floor and office, with opportunities for those wishing to stay hands-on or move into management.

The ideal candidate will have a background in NPI or similar, such as bringing products from design to manufacturing or process development, with knowledge of manufacturing or heavy engineering industries. Leadership experience is beneficial but not required, as support will be provided.

The Role:
