You'll play a key role in the design, development, testing, and production of specialist HV products, working across the full project lifecycle from concept through to manufacture.

This role offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging customer-led and defence-related projects, while taking on technical leadership and mentoring responsibilities within a highly skilled engineering team.

The Role Design and develop high voltage power supplies and HV systems.

Produce schematics, calculations and technical documentation.

Take HV designs from concept through testing and manufacture.

Carry out HV testing, commissioning and fault-finding.

The Person Electrical, Electronics or Power Electronics engineering background.

Strong experience designing HV power supplies or HV systems.

Knowledge of HV components, insulation and power electronics.

Experience with electrical design, calculations and testing.

Strong technical problem-solving skills.

British citizenship and successful BPSS screening is required due to the sensitive defence-related projects involved.
