Are you a mechanically biased Service Engineer with basic electrical knowledge, looking for a UK-based field role with strong overtime, full training, and long-term stability? This role is with an established engineering business that designs, installs, and services industrial systems used within manufacturing environments. The work is hands-on and practical, focusing on servicing, installation, and breakdown support rather than heavy paperwork. You will be part of a small service team travelling to customer sites across the UK, working on pumps, motors, filtration systems, and associated equipment. Electrical experience is important, particularly wiring motors, switches, and isolators, with full training provided on the company's systems. Engineers from backgrounds such as conveyors, FMCG equipment, CNC machinery, or general industrial maintenance are well suited to this role.
The Role:
- UK-wide field service role servicing and installing industrial systems
- Cleaning and maintaining filtration systems, removing and replacing pumps, and checking system operation
- Wiring motors, switches, and isolators, and interfacing systems with CNC machine tools such as Mazak, Matsuura, and Okuma
The Person:
- Experience as a Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Mechanical Fitter
