As the company continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Head of Operations (Maintenance) to lead the operational delivery of their growing maintenance portfolio.In this role, you'll oversee the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance services across the business while driving operational performance, technical governance and compliance. You'll lead maintenance teams, manage competency frameworks, support Electrical Safe Systems of Work, oversee operational KPIs and work closely with senior leadership to improve service delivery and business performance.The ideal candidate will have extensive operational leadership experience within High Voltage infrastructure together with strong knowledge of Electrical Safe Systems of Work and HV governance.
