You will act as a key escalation point, working on both operational support and project‑based improvements.

Role- Design, implement, and support IT infrastructure and security controls
- Act as a 3rd line escalation point for infrastructure and security issues
- Work across core systems including Windows, networking, cloud, and backups
- Support compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and related frameworks
- Contribute to ongoing projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- 5+ years' experience in Infrastructure or Security Engineering
- Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP knowledge
- Solid networking fundamentals including firewalls, VPNs, and routing
- Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills
- Reliable, team‑oriented, and adaptable with a stable career history
