Are you an experienced operations or sales professional looking to break into the TV & Film industry? This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing specialist company that supports major film and television productions across the South East with temporary heating, cooling, power and fuel solutions.
Do you enjoy managing clients, coordinating logistics, and being at the centre of fast-paced projects? This role offers a unique blend of sales, operations, logistics and leadership, working closely with film studios, production teams and internal technicians.
As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded individual to act as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing projects from initial enquiry through to delivery, installation and completion. Full industry training will be provided.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior, influential position within a niche and creative industry, with clear progression as the company grows.
The Role:- Hours contracted working week (8 - 5:30)
- Work within hours of High Wycombe/Office based
- Manage enquiries, quotes, site visits and CRM; convert leads, upsell services and support key client relationships.
- Schedule jobs, deliveries and HGV transport; manage equipment, fuel bowsers, callouts and site access.
- Oversee workloads, schedules, training, appraisals, overtime and leave.
- Support marketing and growth, manage suppliers and purchasing, and ensure H&S, RAMS and operational efficiency.
- Experience in operations management (equipment hire, logistics or events preferred)
- Strong sales and client relationship skills
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident with CRM systems and software
- Full UK driving licence
