Responsibilities
- Building, facilities and estates surveying across a cluster of sites
- Assessing maintenance requirements and producing cost estimates
- Supporting planned maintenance and minor improvement works
- Home-based with regular travel across sites within the London North Patch
Key requirements
- Background in Building Surveying, Estates or Facilities Management
- Comfortable in a highly autonomous position
- Able to obtain or already hold a DBS check
