Are you a self-starting, motivated Manufacturing Manager, Engineering Manager, Technical Manager, or Head of Engineering with a strong background in communications technologies, satellite engineering, communications product design and manufacture or similar? You will be responsible for leading and developing the site engineering function, supporting safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth objectives while driving a culture of continuous improvement across the function. You will also help to develop the company's engineering strategy, be the site technical authority for satellite and communication processes and industrialisation, drive manufacturing cost reduction, all whilst leading a talented and diverse technical engineering team.
