Do you have Manufacturing and Leadership experience looking to join a future focused and highly successful business within the Automation sector? This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally-renowned business, where you will lead, manage and develop your own team. You will be continually developing your own skillset, whilst working in a modern-fully equipped facility.

The company are a leading manufacturer of automation, controls and robotics supplying into sectors including Automotive. This role is due to continued growth.

This is a Monday - Friday working a weekly rotating Early, Back and Night shift. You will oversee a production facility working on the likes of Injection Moulding, Printing and Automation equipment. You will drive continuous improvements and maximise efficiencies.

This role suits a Production Supervisor or Team Leader looking for a highly varied, exciting and secure role where you will develop your management / technical skills.

The Role
  • Leading, managing and developing your own team.
  • Ensuring that production KPIs / targets are met, whilst continually improving production line.
  • Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts (Early, Backs and Nights) 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am.
The Person
  • Supervisor, Team Leader, Manager background.
  • Manufacturing, Production experience.
  • Commutable to Bishopbriggs.
