This is a great opportunity to join a well-established specialist subcontractor who works with some of the nation's largest house builders, where you'll have oversight of the commercial function whilst receiving consistent training and a progression route to Director.

Working with many of the UK's largest housebuilders, they have built a strong reputation for quality, reliability and long-term client relationships. With significant growth plans in place, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business positioned for continued success.

You'll be responsible for overseeing the estimating function, managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, supporting technical and ordering teams, and driving new business development across London, the Home Counties and East Anglia. Alongside managing existing client relationships, you'll play a key role in securing new opportunities and ensuring commercial operations run efficiently across multiple projects.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in the fenestration or window sector, with knowledge of managing tender workloads and the ability to build and maintain both new and existing client relationships. A full UK driving licence is required to travel to sites across the region.

The Role:
  • Overseeing the estimating department and managing enquiry workload

The Person:
  • Experience as a Sales Manager, Commercial Manager or similar
  • Previous experience within the fenestration or window industry
  • Able to manage flow of enquiries from the estimating department
  • Commutable distance to their office in Bury St Edmunds
  • Full UK drivers license
